Baked potatoes with Green Flag Thyme.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 0.50 Oz Green Flag Thyme

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • Sour cream and chopped chives, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare Potatoes: Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry. Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.

  3. Season: Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and Green Flag fresh thyme leaves. For extra flavor, you can add minced garlic.

  4. Bake: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
