Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
0.50 Oz Green Flag Thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Sour cream and chopped chives, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Potatoes: Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry. Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
Season: Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and Green Flag fresh thyme leaves. For extra flavor, you can add minced garlic.
Bake: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
Serve: Split the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped chives, if desired.
